The week…

It’s been quite a week. J started pre-school and after saying he didn’t want to go and that he hated it, actually absolutely loved it. I was so pleased!

Our kitchen ceiling got plastered –

It’s a relief because we can get on with sorting out downstairs now. And I think, maybe, we can do the rest of the work ourselves.

It’s rained just about every day, with a severe weather warning for rain today. So yesterday I went with our youngest boy to a local trampoline place to test it out with just one of them. They do a toddler time from 11-12. It was really good, so we went back today with J as well. It was really good to go somewhere like that. I think I’ve said before that I’m not a huge fan of traditional toddler groups but that was good. They even have two basketball hoops up at the end, I did have a go too.

Next up is probably swimming, go with the little one before venturing in with both of them. We haven’t been yet so I don’t know what to expect. You have to wear swim hats over here. So I’ll have to get the boys prepared to wear them. I don’t think I’ve actually ever worn one before either. That should be fun, getting all my hair in a swim cap…!

Anyway, just a quick update. No longer feeling all disconnected or woolly, so praise God for that and for people praying for me.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (James 5:16)

Yes!!

Bye for now.

Cathy.
